Manager Product Management

At Kartu Prakerja, the Product Manager role is at the heart of our company. We are looking for a Lead Product Manager passionate about driving innovation and helping build a product that people love! You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll out the product that delivers the organisation's vision and strategy.**Job Descriptions**- Develop and implement product strategies consistent with the company vision- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products- Work with Director, Head of Product, and senior management to create product plans and roadmaps- Lead product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams- Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD)- Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule- Make creative recommendations to expand the product base and vision- Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end-users**Requirements**:- A Bachelor's / Master's degree, or equivalent experience- Minimum 4 years experience as a Product Manager or 2 years as Lead Product Manager- Experience in product lifecycle management- Familiarity with Agile framework- Critical Thinking & Creative thinking skills- Organizational and leadership abilities- Excellent communication skills- Problem-solving aptitude- Background in software development and engineer is preferred- Experience using Analytics tools and SQL is preferred**Benefits**Working with the biggest Innovation Public Services in IndonesiaWorking on the product used by 100 Millions of people in Indonesia from 514 city and districtWorking hybrid (WHF and WFO)For more about our output, outcome, and impact of Kartu Prakerja here
