Management Trainee (Mandarin)

About Management Trainee Program:
Gree’s MT Program is a Management Trainee program to prepare young talent to be a Future Leader in our strategist area. Through this program, young talents will undergo in comprehensive training and mentoring process from our professional Trainer & Management.
By the end of this program; you are expected to be prime candidates for future leadership role (supervisor / managerial position).

Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor degree in Business Studies/Management, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent.
Maximum 26 years old
Preferably fresh graduate or maximum 1 year(s) of working experience is required
Active in organizational activities at university
Willing to be placed in all around Indonesia
Interest to work in Sales, Marketing and Business Development field
Have self-motivated and achievement oriented
Have a good leadership skill
Able to work under pressure
Have driving license A/C
