Today, ALTO aims to be the national leader in payment solutions using the most innovative technology to give impact on connecting merchants and financial institutions to their customers.This role will be reporting to the **Senior IT PMO & Managed Service Manager.****Main Function**You will oversees the development of managed service products (_Card Management Systems, Payment Switching Systems, Payment Hub Systems, BI-FAST Connector Systems and Core Banking Systems_) from start to finish to ensure they meet the client's needs and preferences. Their main duties include determining the overall vision of products, managing various backlog items, and deciding which features each product will have according to the client's preferences. The product will also support Partnership Team during the sales pitch of the product to clients.**Main Responsibility**- Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements- Strategizing and presenting ideas to stakeholders.- Defining product features according to customer needs.- Leading the development process.- Acting as the main point of contact between teams and stakeholders.- Managing and prioritizing product backlog items.- Assisting the scrum/product development team to meet the objectives of each sprint.- Adjusting and improving each iteration of the product before release.- Identifying areas of improvement.- Keeping customers and stakeholders informed of the status of the product.**Job Requirement**- At least 5 years of experience in product development of banking/ payment/ FinTech- Deep understanding of BI-Fast, Core Banking System, Card Management System and Payment- Experienced in end-to-end product management- Experienced in leading/ mentoring team members will be preferredxa02VRopAY
