We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow and Succeed.- Checking document completeness and validity of non-hospitalization claims- Analyze and provide decision non-hospitalization claims.- Provide letter regarding claim decision.- Provide summary for reassurance referral.- Coordinate with other team to communicate with customer and resolve customer complaints.- Involve in system testing.- Ad-hoc project regarding non-hospitalization claim.
