Maintenance Engineer

We value and share an infinite range of ideas and voices that evolve and broaden our perspectives with a reach that extends into all our brands, partners, and suppliers.We are a purpose driven company aiming to empower the next generation to explore the wonder of childhood and reach their full potential.Recognize problems and takes steps to resolve operating problems to minimize impact on the Production Performance (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).To lead and manage maintenance activities in Plastic Molding and Painting (Decoration) operationTo Supervise the execution of maintenance planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance in production area.To analyze breakdowns, diagnose failures or faults and supervise time critical equipment repairs related to MTBF and MTTR.To manage cost and budget for current and new equipment including upgrades and machine replacementsTo initiate and perform Continuous Improvement.To develop and engage to the process monitoring and IoT or Industry 4.0 Bachelor’s degree or Diploma majoring in Mechanical, Electrical EngineeringMinimal 2 years of working experience in maintenance role.Having experience in a modern plastic process conversion, Pneumatics and its industrial operation, maintenance or utilities operations is preferred.Experience in the installation, diagnosing and repairing mechanical equipment through troubleshooting required. Electrical troubleshooting skill is a must.Able to read and analyze mechanical drawings, schematics, and electrical diagrams.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word), AS400, Analytical Tool Software and CAD software
