We value and share an infinite range of ideas and voices that evolve and broaden our perspectives with a reach that extends into all our brands, partners, and suppliers.We are a purpose driven company aiming to empower the next generation to explore the wonder of childhood and reach their full potential.Recognizes problems and takes steps to resolve operating problems in order to minimize impact on the operationsTo provide ongoing preventative maintenance program in Rotocast and Decoration AreaTo execute maintenance planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance in production area.To analyze breakdowns, diagnose failures or faults and supervise time critical equipment repairsTo manage cost and budget for current and new equipment including upgrades and machine replacementsBachelor degree or Diploma majoring in Mechanical EngineeringMinimal 2 years of working experience in maintenance roleHaving experience in a modern plastic molding industrial operation, maintenance or utilities operations is preferredExperience in the installation, diagnosing and repairing mechanical equipment through troubleshooting required. Electrical troubleshooting is a must.Able to read and decipher mechanical drawings, schematics, and electrical diagrams.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word) and CAD software
