Maintenance Engineer, Hydraulic

Responsibility

to ensure the reliability of hydraulic systems and participate in their development

to execute, plan and support preventive and corrective maintenance of hydraulic systems in own process line and other process lines when required

to implement hydraulic systems testing

to support trouble shooting and documentation development

to investigate failures with root cause analysing and problem-solving tools

to execute testing of hydraulics prior start-ups, corrective actions and reporting deviations

to support production and maintenance activities to reach KPI and other targets set by the company management

to create training material for Valmet and customer personnel

to share knowledge with other shareholders

Participate to on call support

Requirements

Hold a diploma/ bachelor degree in mechanical engineering from reputable college

Possess solid experience in hydraulic engineering & maintenance in Pulp & Paper Machines on customer’s sites

Strong Knowledge of paper making process is required and we appreciate experience of working in a pulp mill.

Posses Service mindset and problem solver.

Willing to stay and work on customer sites in Pangkalan Kerinci - Riau, Indonesia, with necessary travels for business meetings.
