PersyaratanHold min. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering or BA with min. 3.00 GPA (out of 4.00).Have min. 6 years experience in Export & Import operation with min. 2 years leadership experience managing more than 2 talents.Excellent communication verbal and correspondences in English with people all levels.Proficient In MS Excel and PowerPoint.Able to work in a dynamic team environment and fast-pace work demand.Good analytical and conceptual thinking.Strong problem solving with good judgement and sense of urgency.Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.Will be placed in Jakarta.(Only CV in English will be processed)Tanggung JawabControl Export process daily operation refer to flow & working instruction.Control team & member KPI and reporting in monthly base.Monitor day by day operation to be smooth refer to target.Control Export Air Freight arrangement in monthly report.Control Export PEB Notul database & counter measurement status.Control Export cost analysis for monthly reporting.Coordination with others Supervisors in Logistics departement to arrange weekly & monthly meeting.Maintain good relationship with Forwarder, Shipping line, WH & Sales team.Create problem analysis report refer to company standard contain QC7Tools concept.
