Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling.**Key Responsibilities**:- Coordinating internal logistics activities on daily bases- Support the overall logistic strategy and processes to deploy an optimized logistic network and operations.- Evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions, motivates employees to achieve targets and performance.- Participate and lead meetings and escalation call with customers/suppliers- Training new hires- Implement logistic procedures/work instructions.- Planning and preparing logistic processes for upcoming projects- Assisting in creating budgets and forecasts.**Key Qualifications/Requirements**:- 3 - 5 years' experience in the automotive industry- Technical university degree or relevant- Fluent in spoken and written English- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office package- Knowledge of Automotive Core Tools and automotive regulations- Discipline, strong focus on respecting project deadlines- Analytical, conceptual, strategic, and comprehensive ability to think and act- Leadership responsibility and team orientated- Assertiveness and conflict solving capacity**Awareness.
