Job DescriptionMaintain LSP for sea and air ( Do communication )Create AWB for courier modeGL1 approvalGL2 approvalMaintain HS code and SPTNP (Penalty)Maintain Form E (FE) and all cost impacted with FEGive instruction for declaration PIB (details of goods) to LSP include HS codeMonitor the shipment from ETD to ATA and always update to all stakeholders per projectDo the payment to Finance once shipment ATAProvide all letter per shipment to LSP to continue the clearance processInform the delivery address to LSP and update to our WH to inbound processDo settlement to our finanace per shipment after shipment releasedCreate the import invoice and PL if we have an exportationCreate letter for temporary import and get permitATA Carnet certification (Sometimes) - if required - only for Demo / ExebitionsGive an approval for all declaration (PIB / PEB from LSP) even for export and importMaintain all docs. Shipment for 10 years for audit purposeMaintain the Brochure of the goods from Project teamType approval process and maintananceFilling and reporting customs documentRequirementBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in international logistics, shipping, or customs compliance.Fresh Graduate are welcome to applyFamiliarity with shipping documents, including Air Waybills (AWB), HS codes, SPTNP, and Packing Lists.Basic understanding of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and trade compliance.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Additional RequirementGenderMaleAge24 - 30 Year(s) oldMin.
