Logistic Project & Partnership

Build an excellent relationship with company business partners.-- Create and implement a systematic approach to identify potential partners.-- Expand the relationships with existing partners by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.-- Serve as the link of communication between partners and internal teams.-- Resolve any issues and problems faced by partners and deal with complaints to maintain partner trust.-- Forecast, measure, and report the results of partnership and various projects with partners.-- Lead and monitor the progress of the project and ensure the project is implemented properly.**Job Requirements**Bachelor's level degree required and with at least 2 years of work experience in partnership, sales, business development, account management, and client support.-- Experience in logistics is a plus.-- Superb people skills and experience working with multiple teams or on multiple projects simultaneously.-- Solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to details.-- Well-organized and efficient while working on multiple initiatives simultaneously.-- Proven experience in growing and managing relationships with business partners.-- Strong business acumen and ability to solve problems.-- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-- Professional fluency in Bahasa and English.
