Lobby Ambassador

Job Description - Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information and assistance to visitors regarding directions, facilities, and services
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Monitor and manage visitor access and security protocols
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Assist with administrative tasks such as sorting mail and managing deliveries
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient lobby operation
Work Experience - High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using basic computer applications
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
