Loading / Unloading Officer

Be responsible for receiving raw materials and releasing ISCC and Non ISCC oil and ensuring that it is in accordance with procedures referring to the ISCC system (ISCC ID, GHG emission, Total Certified Product).- Conduct and monitor the process of receiving and releasing returned oil.- Monitor the process of releasing non-branded oil.- Monitor so that all receiving and disbursing activities are properly recorded.- Monitor that the oil received and dispensed is perfectly sealed.- Monitor the placement and release of oil based on the quality of the oil according to the Quality Control recommendations.- Doing regular cleaning of bulk tanks.- Ensuring the accuracy of reports on oil expenditure.- Minimizes oil loss, contamination, and oil damage.- Carry out Safety Regulations in accordance with applicable policies.- Responsible for the implementation of the discipline of subordinates.- Carry out the implementation of quality management system ISO 9001: 2008, FSSC 22000, HACCP, Halal, SMART D_Safe, SMK3 PP 50/2012, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007, 5R1SQu, and Sustainability Systems include: ISCC System, RSPO, HVO.- Responsible for employee development in Bulk Filling.- Monitor the existing CCP properly and take corrective actions if there are deviations that have been implemented correctly according to the requirements in the ISO, HACCP Plan and ISCC System documents.Job Requirements:- Minimal Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering- Having min 3 years of working experience in Tank Farm Officer at Refinery Palm Oil- Familiar in ISO implementation- Willing to be located in Marunda Refinery (North Jakarta)"Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person"
