Litigation Staff

You will report directly to Litigation Department Head of PT Asuransi Tugu Pratama Indonesia Tbk, one of the top 5 general insurance companies in Indonesia. We have strong financial performance that recognized through A- Stable Outlook status from a reputable credit rating agency in the world, AM Best.You will join with a diverse team with us and enjoy the dynamic of a public company that playing an important role in managing risk management for many top companies in Indonesia.**Responsibilities**:- Handling various legal matters, ensuring that the company complies with relevant laws and regulations, managing legal risks, and representing the company's interests in legal matters- Conduct legal research to gather information relevant to the case.- Work closely with internal departments to ensure legal compliance in company- Interface with clients to gather information and provide updates on case status.- Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive legal information.**Qualifications**:- Min. Bachelors degree in law, is preferably from reputable university- Fast learner, good attitude, great attention to detail and high analytical thinking- At least 1 year of working experiences in the related fields is required for this position- Ability to prepare and drafting complex legal documents- Fluent in English with both written and spoken
