Litigation Or Corporate Lawyer

THE ROLEBP Lawyers is seeking a Litigation or Corporate Lawyer who have significant litigation, corporate and commercial law experience. As a Litigation or Corporate Lawyer will work with the Firm's partners on major strategic issues in their cases, will report to the Partner and will be responsible understanding and interpretation of client problem to provide legal solutions to clients with good critical reasoning ability and focus on attention to detail.WHAT WE CONSIDERA Litigation/Corporate Lawyer who have extensive litigation or corporate experience, including trial practice involving complex cases.· Have a license to practice law in Indonesia· Minimal 1 years litigation/trial experience· Preferably Female Lawyer· Ensure assigned cases and files handled in good faith and firm standards.· Excellent client service skills, including Exceptional networking and relationship management skills;· Strategic thinking with an ability to leverage business sense, creative problem-solving skills and sense of prioritization when resolving issues;· Strong time management, project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple cases / matters to closure;· Excellent written and oral communication skills in English;· Comfort in communicating to senior management and colleagues at all levels of the organization;· Superior problem-solving ability, be able to work autonomously and with flexibility.· Thorough knowledge of claim procedures, policies, terminology, etc.;· Technology Proficiency not just Microsoft Office.
