LINE TECHNICIAN
The main objective is to maintain mechanical and electrical components of manufacturing equipment and machinery in excellent working condition to support manufacturing goals and objectives.
About the position:
Performs machine troubleshooting and line sustaining.
Conducts preventive maintenance of production machines on a weekly basis.
Coordinates with Production Engineer regarding status of machine breakdown.
Coordinates with Spare Parts staffs for availability of consumable parts and parts for improvement
Conducts machine evaluation to improve process.
Performs start-up of production machines at the beginning of production shift.
Initiates projects for machine process improvements.
Coordinates with Facilities regarding machine utilities.
Performs machine re-build on non-functional machines.
Participates in F10M and group meetings.
Performs 6S on assigned machines.
Performs repairs and maintenances of equipment's to help in producing good quality products.
About you:
Technical Course Graduate
At least 1-year experience in the same position in a manufacturing organization
Good physical health; enough height and strength to sustain work in the station
No disabilities that would detract performance from doing job duties and responsibilities
Manual dexterity / Good hand-eye coordination
Good mechanical and electrical skills
Good communication and team skills
Good Math skills
Keen to details
Preferably knowledgeable in PLC and Autocad
