**Industry : Property Developer****Company Base : Bogor****Working Experience : Min. 4 years****Major : Law****Age : Max. 40****Gender : Male****Job Roles**:- Carry out the consumer mortgage process with the relevant bank and ensure that all requirements are met within a certain time limit (KPR)- Ensure that the signing of the Credit Agreement, PPJB & AJB occurs properly and correctly, according to the desired target- Draft and review agreements/contracts/all related legal documents and ensure all documents are in accordance with applicable law and regulations- Establish relationships and be able to coordinate with relevant government agencies and banks**Requirements**:- Fluent in speaking & writing English- Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university- Proficient in using Microsoft Office- Understand Property real estate permit, Bank Loan regulation, Corporate law and employee/labor regulations.- Communicative, diligent, fast learner, intelligent, able to work under pressure, and attention to detail- Experience in Bank Loan (KPR) process and have network in the area**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp12,000,000 per monthApplication Question(s):- What is your current salary?- What is your expected salary?**Experience**:- Bank Loan (KPR): 2 years (preferred)
