Draft, review, and modify agreements, contracts, and other legal documents involving the company.- Maintain contract database and manage executed contract versions.- Prepare the first draft or first revision of the document.- Conduct legal research and analyze legal implications related to the company's business activities.- Provide legal advice to management and related departments regarding legal compliance, risk and business strategy.- Prepare and review legal issues such as confidentiality agreements, memorandums of understanding, cooperation agreements, and others.- Ensure all legal documentation is clear, updated and compliant.- Ensure company compliance with applicable regulations and laws in daily operations.- Manage company policies and ensure internal compliance with legal standards.**Salary**: Rp3,500,000 - Rp4,200,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Medan: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)**Experience**:- same: 1 year (preferred)
