Legal Specialist

**Responsibilities**:- Collaborate closely with related teams to provide proactive legal advice & guidance.- Conduct thorough legal reviews, identify potential legal risks, & provide strategic solutions to mitigate those risks.- Provide legal counsel on commercial & guidance to management & cross-functional teams on legal matters.- Handle legal disputes, litigation, or regulatory investigations & collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary.- Engage with policymakers, industry associations, & regulatory bodies to advocate for policies supporting responsible practices.- Conduct training sessions & create educational materials to increase awareness among employees about legal & compliance matters.**Qualifications**:- Minimum 3 years of experience practicing law, preferably with a focus on related fields in the industry.- In-depth knowledge of laws and regulations, including regional laws.- Proven track record in providing strategic legal counsel & handling complex legal matters in a fast-paced environment.- Strong negotiation & communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.- Ability to adapt quickly to changing laws & regulations.- Experience in related industry is a plus.**Salary**: From Rp11,000,000 per month**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- legal: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)Ability to Commute:- Jakarta (required)Ability to Relocate:- Jakarta: Relocate before starting work (required)Willingness to travel:- 75% (required)Expected Start Date: 03/12/2024
