Legal Officer

**JOB DESCRIPTION**1. Draft and review a wide variety of legal agreements2. Provide internal advisory services and legal support to all departments within company3. Execute and maintain all required corporate filings, corporate documents, licensing, and reports according to applicable laws and regulations4. Monitoring and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.5. Processing problem solving skill and prevention point of views for any potential legal issues6. Work together with other functions in reviewing the proposed product, features, and activity of the company7. Where needed, manage, and communicate with external parties**QUALIFICATIONS**1. Bachelor Degree of Law from Reputable University2. Have working experience as corporate legal at tech company min 2yr3. Strong understanding of corporate, business, labor and IP law4. Attention to detail and have a sense of legal risk awareness5. Able to work under short pressure and fast-paced environment6.
