Legal Officer

Tangerang- 2+ Experiences- Bachelor's degree**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree (S1), majoring in Law from reputable university- Have minimum 2 years of experiences as Legal Officer- Proven experience in legal consulting and preparing legal documents- Have knowledge of corporate laws and regulations- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Able to work on-site in Gading Serpong, Tangerang- Make summary/history of legal documents (agreements, deed, business license, corporate documents, etc.)- Fully responsible in handling audit and due diligence matters- Project coordinator of contract management- Review and draft legal documents- Responsible to the stationery supplies
