Legal Officer

**Job Descriptions**As a legal officer, you have a responsibility to handle legal issues internally and externally and protect the company to avoid legal problems.**Responsibilities and Duties**- provide legal advice- process all legal documents, such as settlement documents, contracts, agreements, stock certificates, etc.- research legal sources to stay up to date on all current laws and make well-educated legal recommendations- identify risk, regularly analyze the actions and decisions of the company in order to identify problem areas, suggest alternative courses of action and mitigate risk as much as possible.**Required qualifications & others**- Bachelor's degree in Law- Preferable min 3 years experience in related fields- Excellent written & verbal communication team- having knowledge of all applicable laws, rules, and regulations- exceptional leadership skills- strong negotiation skill- great attention to detail- having the ability to manage a projectAbility to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- Legal Officer: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
