Our client is looking for a Legal & Compliance Senior Manager. This job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.**Responsibilities**:**Agreement Review and Drafting**:- Skillfully handle the review and drafting of agreements with partners, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for agreement creation and modification.**Legal Operations Management**:- Take charge of legal operations, including coordination with regulators to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.- Conduct thorough reviews of legal documentation, identifying potential risks and proposing appropriate mitigations.- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to streamline legal processes and enhance overall efficiency.**Individual Contributor**:- Act as an individual contributor, demonstrating a high level of autonomy and ownership in managing legal tasks and responsibilities.- Work independently to address legal challenges, providing well-reasoned and strategic recommendations.- Stay abreast of legal developments, industry trends, and regulatory changes to inform decision-making.**Qualifications**:- Experienced in Fintech industry.- Proven experience in reviewing and drafting legal agreements.- Strong understanding of regulations, legal operations and compliance requirements.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
