With our one-click checkout consumers get a frictionless experience that's free from unnecessary transaction fees.**Who are we looking for?**We are looking for a seasoned Legal Associate professional for this position, preferably in payments/ B2C eCommerce, etc. domains. This is a Leadership role and requires the incumbent to serve as an advisor to senior management, product, business, and cross-functional teams in Indonesia, India, and Singapore for managing potential legal risks and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.**What will you do?**- Legal Communications: Drafting key legal communications in response to Notices, Queries, and Statutory Communications.- Policies: Drafting of Policies and Guidelines for Internal and External Company requirements.- Litigation: Collation of Case Details and Facts, Coordination with Advocates, Preparation of Responses and Litigation related documents, and record management.- Legal Opinion: Opinions on key Laws and Statutory requirements for Business and drafting of White Papers.- Agreements: Drafting, Vetting, Negotiations, Execution, and Record Management.- Reporting: Routine report submissions to the Regulatory bodies and submission of data on request of the regulatory bodies as per licensing norms and applicable provisions, related rules, and regulations.- Regulatory Change Management: Evaluation and assessment of the Impact of the changing regulatory landscape and ensure compliance with changing mandates to ensure compliance - with operational and business practices.**Requirements**:**What do you have?**- Graduation in Law from an accredited law school with at least 4 years of working experience in a corporate legal environment.- Ability to manage a fast-paced, fast-evolving, and dynamic environment, preferably working as a Senior Lawyer, and part of Senior Leadership teams, with multinational exposure.- Proven track record of leading negotiations on complex, high-value, contracts, and agreements.- Ability to identify and remedy complex legal issues without inviting the services of external legal advice.- Exceptionally good leadership skills, having the ability to influence cross-functional teams towards a unified direction along with the business's senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.**How do you do it?**- You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and are hands-on, independent, self-motivated, and a fast learner- You are always energetic and work well under pressure- You have excellent communication skills and have the ability to impact and influence.- You can multitask and have excellent time management and prioritization skills.- You have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and can think outside the box to proactively provide the right solution.- You have a keen eye for detail.**Benefits****What do we offer?**You will be working alongside other passionate and talented people with all the perks and flexibility of a coveted technology product company.
