Persyaratan**Requirement**:Highly Motivated, high attention to detail, able to prioritize demand under tight deadlinesBachelor's/Master's degree in law, preferably in corporate or business law from a reputable university.Having at least 5 years of working experience in legal-related workExperience in all relevant Indonesian Laws for property and foreign investmentHave Peradi Certificate is advantageTanggung Jawab**Jobdesk**:Provide legal advice including drafting, review, negotiate, andn managingall internal or external Company agreements and documantation in relation to all company mattersAssisting company to handling all consumer due to preparation for PPJB and AJB with Notary public/PPAT and preparing until supervisi legal documentsDrafting PPJB abd preparing legal dokumentInvolving in analytical process with internal legal team concerning various regulation and legal issues related to property law and business lawSupporting Superiors to prepare legal documents for any meetingReview, monitoring and supervision the company policies and goverment regulationsProviding alternative recommendation with propopsal of changing in laws and regylation to management in order to response legal issue
