Join us in our cause to build a world class fintech company in Indonesia.**Job Description**:- Filing and scanning legal documents (agreements, letters, licenses, etc.)- Ensure all documents are well documented (physical and digital file)- Manage the sending and receiving of documents from third parties/counterparts- Handle the process of circulation of legal documents- Create MoM (Minutes of Meeting)**Qualifications**:- A bachelor's degree from reputable university majoring in Law (preferable), fresh graduates are welcome to apply.- Have work experience or organizational experience- Mastering Ms Officer (especially Ms Word, Ms Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheet)- Multitasking & Can work under pressure- Great communication skills (verbal & written) and attention to detail- Highly organized and have good interpersonal skills.
