Teaching responsibilities include core education, curriculum, and education or pedagogy courses. Further opportunities to teach courses in the International Master of Education program (Magister Pendidikan) are available for those holding a PhD.
Position Qualifications: The successful candidate will have an advanced degree in Education (MA required) and a minimum of three years teaching experience, and must be able to subscribe [1] to the Westminster Confession of Faith and the UPH Statement of Faith . Preferred candidates will have three or more years of experience as a schoolteacher in a Western or International accredited school. Previous undergraduate teaching experience is desired. Prior experience in international or cross-cultural settings is also desired, but at the least, an adaptable, flexible, and winsome missionary attitude is required.
Salary (DOE) and benefits are provided by UPH and for expats include housing, flights, visa, education waivers or discounts for children at local International IB school, uniforms, salary, and local living allowance. Salary level is determined by experience and related degrees.
