Lease Section Head - Bsd

**Job Descriptions**:- Create and maintain relationship with prospective tenants and maintaining the occupancy mix- Create work plans, especially tenant rentals and budgets- Prepare, search and supervise exhibition activities- Handle administrative tasks related to lease agreements and cooperation agreements- Ensure all activities and work are in accordance with SOPs related to leasing**Job Qualifications**:- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major- Minimum 3 - 5 years or working experience as leasing/marketing/casual leasing (Preferred from Mall & Hospitality background)- Experience & knowledge in dealing with tenants and planning exhibition activities- Computer literate (Ms. Office)- Creative, innovative thinking, excellent communication skill- Willing to be placed in BSD City
