Provide a model of excellence in learning support functionWork closely with all of the Product Lead to ensure funding requirements are complied withEnsure systems are in place to effectively support all students to achieve their full potentialContribute to the continuous improvement of the quality of learning support divisionContribute to ensuring the learning support team are equipped with effective resources, skills and toolsDay to day supervision and allocation of support staff to meet the needs of the Product TeamHiring and training Class Coordinator, Assistant Tutor and Mentor for course needsBachelor or Master Degree on related field Minimum 2 - 3 years experience of managing teamProven ability to identify learning needs, plan and deliver individual learning and support plansExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to work on your own initiative to establish requirements and develop satisfactory solutions.Good problem solving skillsAttention to detail and good presentation of workCustomer Oriented, Self-motivated, and able to use initiative to prioritize workload
