The Learning Design Specialist will be responsible for designing and developing learning materials, conducting research, creating graphics and visual content. The Learning Design Specialist will collaborate with the Learning and Development team to create engaging and effective learning experiences.Bachelor's degree in any majorHaving knowledge of instructional design principles and learning theoriesGood understanding of visual communication and multimedia designAttention to detail and ability to work with data and informationAbility to work collaboratively in a team and independentlyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plusAdaptive & creative
