We are currently hiring for our portfolio companies.One of our client in Food&Beverage and Lifestyle Industry in Indonesia looking for a Learning & Development Manager that will be responsible for:Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with the Group's business objectives and supports the growth and expansion of its diverse brands and businesses.Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps, areas for improvement, and employee development opportunities within the organization.Design and oversee training programs that enhance employees' technical and soft skills, enabling them to excel and contribute to the Group's overall success.Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to create targeted learning and development programs tailored to the specific needs of each brand and business within the Group.Establish and manage a learning management system (LMS) to track and measure the effectiveness of training initiatives and use data-driven insights to improve learning and development programs continuously.Develop strategic partnerships with external training providers, educational institutions, and industry experts to enhance the quality and relevance of learning opportunities available to the employees.Implement strategies and initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty, thereby reducing turnover and retaining top talent.Collaborate with HR and line managers to establish a robust performance management system that aligns employee goals with organizational objectives, customer satisfaction, and measurable business outcomes. Regularly review and assess performance metrics, providing feedback and support for continuous improvement to ensure a positive impact on overall company results.Ensure that all employees receive necessary training to comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal company policies.Monitor and manage the learning and development budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and in line with the Group's priorities.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications in Learning and Development or Talent Management will be an advantage.Minimum 7-10 years of experience in learning and development roles, preferably within the F&B, hospitality, or entertainment industries.Proven track record in designing and implementing successful learning and development programs at the corporate level.Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in learning and development, including e-learning, blended learning, and adult learning principles.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data-driven insights to make informed decisions about learning and development initiatives.Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws, industry regulations, and safety standards.
