Our vision is to help corporates unlock their innovative potential, sharing our best practices from the startup world.**Role Description**As a consultant, your role will be supporting Int Labs' project execution, client servicing and project management across the region. You will be supporting Int Labs' developing workshop content, write case study, and run a workshops. We need someone who is experience, creative and self-motivated to support us in developing our services.**Responsibilities**- Developing proposals for new projects in collaboration with Int Labs partners.- Develop the workshop content, write case studies, and run workshops- Designing research and discovery framework (qualitative and quantitative) to generate relevant insights across Int Labs projects.- Analysing data and developing recommendations for clients through interviews, surveys and secondary research.- Leveraging human-centered design framework to develop solutions for clients.- Project management and execution- Managing all logístical aspects of client engagements from content and strategy development to workshop facilitation.- Maintaining effective communication with clients and our partners.**Qualifications**- 5 years of experience in consultancy, especially in L&D.- Demonstrated client relationship management skills.- Professional English verbal and written communication skills is a must.- Ability to develop the workshop content, write case studies, and run workshop.- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.- Experience with public speaking and presentation skills- Ability to work independently and hybrid work (WFO at Jakarta).- Have learning and development experience is a plus.**Salary**: Up to Rp30,000,000 per month**Experience**:- Consultant: 5 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)Expected Start Date: 04/29/2024
