Responsibilities
• Facilitate, manage, and prioritize a robust product backlog and roadmap• Work closely with engineers, designers, and other PMs to develop new features• Analyze feature/experiment results and communicate learnings to the team and company• Synthesize insights from data analysis to improve product features• Collaborate with internal teams in launching and maintaining growth-focused features• Drive market and usability research to identify opportunities and develop strategies
Requirements
• At least 7 years of experience as a product manager• Passion for product management and team leadership• Good problem-solving skills• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to drive people and take initiative• Skilled at managing multiple projects with cross-functional groups• Tech-savvy and up-to-date with industry trends• Bachelor's Degree in Computing Science, Engineering, or related field• Experience in tech start-ups, large tech companies, or consulting firms is a plus• Experience in the OTA or travel-related industry is a plus
