Proceed since site survey, design concept, design development, project supervision until project handoverCreate lay out and 3D drawingLead the project and coordinate with other dicipline consultant such as ME and PMChecking construction drawing, BoQ and all make sure all things in drawing is stated at BoQ.Attend aanwijzing tenderUnderstanding of design phases started from design strategy, concept, design documentation, tender process until project hand over2D + 3D software related to design worksAble to work under pressure as a team and individuallyGood communication in English, both oral and writtenGood attitude and communication skilGood leadershipCreative, and able to create high level design conceptExcellent skill in high level presentationResearch and develop new workplace designGood project management skill min of 7 years experience as a workplace designer and have experience as lead designer in big scale projects.
