DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Ensuring the renewal of the land lease before it ends (1 year before)
Coordination with the Renewal team and Partners regarding issues or problems during the land lease renewal process
Create a progress Report of land lease renewal process
Escalation related to renewal prices and issues during the renewal progress
Review the land lease renewal documents
Coordination with relevant Department related to the issue of land lease process
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any major
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field as Supervisor, preferably from Tower Provider, Managed Services / Infrastructure Telecommunication Company or any related Industry
Proficient in Ms. Office (especially Ms. Excel, min intermediate level)
Accurate person, diligent, like to work with data and number, detail and progress oriented
Have good communication skill, Negotiation skill and build relationship with others
