Issue and manage problem-and-incident tickets- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance related to Network / Infrastructure / Data Center / IT Service Management- Create daily, weekly, and monthly incident reports**Job Requirements**- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3), majoring in Information System or Information Technology- More than 2 year experience in the field of Information System / Information Technology, preferably as a Service Desk Operator for Storage / Server / Application / IT Service Management- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP- Ability to operate Cisco devices / Storage / Server- Excellent Microsoft Office skills- Willing to work in shifts- Willing to work on a contract basis- Understand the basic Kubernetes**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 monthsApplication Question(s):- What's your expected salary?
