Now we are looking for an **Extracurricular Coordinator. **with the following qualifications.**QUALIFICATIONS**:- Minimum of two years experience in the same field or position.- Passionate about developing students through the extra-curricular programme.- Excellent administration skills.- Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.- Having experience handling or managing extracurricular activity.- Proven self-initiative, creative, and teamwork spirit with an open-minded character.- Possess strong Islamic characters.- Fluent in English, both oral and written will be an advantage.- Ready to join in July 2024.**JOB DESCRIPTION**:- Monitor the progress of students in all extracurricular activities through close liaison with staff, parents and any external agencies used.- Administration of the extracurricular activities and liaison between all of the extra-curricular activities (Making MOUs for Coach, making students & coach attendance report, making competition proposals etc).- To ensure all documentation and records associated to the extra-curricular activities are completed, recorded and maintained.- To provide regular reports regarding student participation in the extra-curricular programme.- Create an advanced vision to develop extracurricular activities so that they can get achievement at national and international levels.- Able to make plans related to the school extracurricular programs.- Able to carry out evaluations regarding the Coach's performance and the targets that have been achieved from each extracurricular.- Others: The school may assign other functions to the job when required.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractPay: Rp4,500,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month
