Kol & Event Specialist

**Role Description**This is a full-time on-site role as a KOL & Event Specialist at PT. Calysta Prima Estetik I Calysta Skin Clinic located in Bandung. As a KOL & Event Specialist, your role will involve managing key opinion leaders (KOLs) and organizing events to promote our skincare products and services. You will be responsible for identifying and collaborating with influential individuals in the beauty industry, coordinating events and promotional activities, and ensuring strong brand presence across various channels. You will also play a crucial role in building and maintaining partnerships with bloggers, influencers, and other stakeholders to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.**Qualifications**- Prior experience in influencer marketing, event management, or related fields- Strong knowledge of the beauty industry and familiarity with skincare products- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with KOLs and influencers- Strong organizational and project management skills- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing strategies- Flexibility to work during weekends or extended hours when required for events- Bachelor Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 6 months**Salary**: Rp3,500,000 - Rp4,000,000 per monthApplication Question(s):- Apakah anda berdomisili atau siap ditempatkan di Bandung?- Berapa gaji yang diharapkan?**Experience**:- Handling Infulencer Marketing: 1 year (preferred)- Handling Event / Campaign: 1 year (preferred)
