Key User Manager

Company Description**Job Description**:- TGS and GM responsibility for Sales Force driven customers- Managing user contact data, direct relation, frame contracts, international coordination- Managing, enabling, & monitoring the specialized (sales force driven) retail. Auditing with ASA manager the fulfillment of added value services (Logistics, first level technical support, financials, after sales service). Training (commercial / concept) the SF of Sp. Retail- Selling and creating additional services (fleet management, full service, pick up and 24 hour repair)- Developing Direct Sales with no conflict to retail driven sales- Information and purchase phase by personally managing the large accounts (LU and projects)- Being interface and support to divisions responsible for the cross-selling concepts- Implementing central user-marketing-strategies / concepts- Ensuring correct mix of products and service (ST/HD) for quality oriented Large Users**Qualifications**:- Knowledge of industry (construction, manufacturing)- Project management knowledge- Competence in technical sales, commercial field- Pro-active, entrepreneurial mindset- Strong communication skills across all hierarchy level- Market knowledge for respective country / area- Native speaker- General competencies: communication, people management, presentation skills, organizational ability, analytical skills, strategical thinking, entrepreneurship, leadership, English skills
