As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 8 years' experience in sales and business development in a multinational company for the job of Key Account Executive. The job is based in Cileungsi, Bogor, Indonesia.**Responsibilities**:- Manage and support sales activities for building material products in the Jabodetabek and West Java regions.- Understand and meet the specific requirements and needs of our valued distributors and partners.- Build and nurture enduring relationships with our distributors and partners.- Articulate the value proposition of our products and services, demonstrating how they excel in quality, affordability, and timely delivery.- Exceed the sales targets set by the company, driving growth and profitability.- Provide pre-sales technical guidance, deliver product education, and offer post-sales support services.- Contribute to marketing efforts by actively participating in trade shows, conferences, and marketing events.- Deliver compelling technical presentations, showcasing how our products align with our clients' needs.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree majoring in Technical Engineering, with a strong preference for those in Civil or Architecture.- Minimum 8 years of successful sales experience in the building materials or related industry.- Possession of a valid Driving License (SIM A).- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in delivering engaging presentations.- Willingness to travel beyond the Jabodetabek area.
