Key Account Manager (Modern Trade)

**Key Responsibilities**:- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating the position in MT Customers (Minimarket, Supermarket, Hypermarket).- Researching and analyzing sales options, trends, market activities, and competitors & building long term relationship with the customers.- Plan and control of budget spending to achieve the target.- Leading modern trade sales team members to achieve sales targets & reduced and controlled overhead costs.**Requirements**:- A minimum of Bachelor Degree in any major from reputable University- A Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in handled Modern Trade channels- Preferably having experience in Baby/Kids and Medical products- Excellent communication and writing skill both in English & Bahasa- Excellent interpersonal skill,with ability to work independently or in a team- Strong analytical skill, negotiation skill, leadership skillDepartmentDistributionRoleKey AccountLocationsHead Office
