Key Account Manager

Job Responsibilities- Develop strategic initiatives to achieve ongoing account development in cooperation with the relevant account teams- Conduct regular performance reviews with internal stakeholders and external customers (Key Account)- Maintain communication and provide service for Key Account to ensure the target achievement and sustainable sales growth- Lead, meet, and exceed customer expectations by ensuring service performance compliance and KPIs- Identify opportunities for process improvement, recommend upselling products and services- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain and other teams regarding key account support, pricing, program and logistic to fulfill key account needs- Conduct regular field visit to monitor stock level, develop relationship, and gather market insight on the groundJob Requirements- Min Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, preferably in Marketing- Minimum of 3 years extensive experience related to key account management- Excellent English communication skills- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Strong management and leadership skills- Effective communication skills.- Strong people skills**Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month**Experience**:- Account Management: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)Ability to Relocate:- Jakarta: Relocate before starting work (preferred)Application Deadline: 02/23/2024
