Ensure that all Bonded Area administrations / admins have sufficient knowledge about the making of the Report.
Provide Information / feedback on Bonded Area Regulations to Superiors (Deputy GM & GM).
In cooperation with the Customs Office in implementing the regulations of the Bonded Zone.
Ensure report recapitulation BC. 4.0, BC. 4.1 and other reports in the form of bamboo books and report to the Customs authorities no later than the date. 3 (every month) and date. 10 (for quarterly). The reports are also well kept and easily accessible.
Run safety regulation in accordance with applicable policy.
Responsible for the implementation of work discipline
Responsible in maintaining and maintaining work equipment and PPE that has been given.
Doing work by applying company values (Integrity, positive behavior, commitment, continuous improvement, innovation and loyal).
Ensure the export document (eg: BL) meets the ISCC requirements.
Filling the Traceability Officer function runs correctly & that is: invoice must include remarks: This product is suitable for food / feed / industrial use. For ISCC Product: Bill of lading must include Reg. And GHG Value.
Reported the problem, related to Food / Feed Safety Management System (if any) to Food / Feed safety Coordinataor
As Traceability Officer ensures export documentation (eg; BL) meets Sustainability requirements such as: ISCC, RSPO, ISCC Product Specific: Bill of lading must include GHG value.
Carry out other work in connection with his work as instructed by his superiors.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field (Bonded Zone)
Applicants must be willing to work in Belawan.
Preferably Assistant Managers specializing in Shipping Export Import or equivalent.
