Training**Junior Trainer (East Java)**:- Surabaya,East Java- Full Time**Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human resources, or any relevant field.- Min. one year experience in training.- Ability to manage full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning.- Proficient with Ms Office.- Preferred have good English proficient in speaking and writing.- Capable of working collaboratively with others in a team-orientated environment.- Willing to be placed in one of the working locations in the Branch of East Java**Job Descriptions**:- Responsible for all training execution (training for MC, JL, MJ).- Manage day by day training in each region.- Conduct training as schedule.- Manage MJ in terms of training execution.- Responsible for Training Center (operation, tools, etc.)- Collect feedback from a training participant.- Do introduction and campaign on Oustlab for MC, JL, MJ.
