This program aims to develop workforce competency and increase the productivity and competitiveness of the Indonesian workforce.As a Junior Student Success Executive, you will be expected to operate with a proactive and student-centric approach, actively engaging with students to understand their needs and challenges and providing personalized support and guidance to help them complete the course. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to gather feedback, implement improvements, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of the program.
