Junior Specialist Product Design

At Kartu Prakerja, the Junior Specialist Product Design role is the key composer of our products. Aside from essential works for Junior Specialist Product Design, we are looking for the one that is passionate about illustration that can improve a better user experience when using Prakerja products. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll out the product that delivers the organization vision and strategy.**Job Description**:- Work with the Director, Head of Product, and senior management to create a better product, such as being involved in planning user journeys both for current and future features or products.- Ensure to follow the guidelines of Prakerja's Design System.- Carry out other duties and authorities given by the Head of Product and/or Operational Director.**Requirements**:- Preferably with a strong illustration design portfolio- Preferably has background in Visual Communication Design or Arts- Minimum two years experience as a UI / UX Designer or Product Designer- Understand of Human Centered Design (HCD)- Understand of Product Development Life Cycle- Critical Thinking & Creative thinking skills- Excellent communication skills- Problem-solving aptitude- Experience using Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suites or any similar tools- A Bachelor's / Master's degree, or equivalent experience**Benefits**Working with the biggest Innovation Public Services in IndonesiaWorking on the product used by 100 Millions of people in Indonesia from 514 city and districtWorking hybrid (WFH and WFO)For more about our output, outcome, and impact of Kartu Prakerja here
