Junior Secretary

Job Description:- Provide secretarial and organizational support- Organize and maintain an effective filling system- Dictating audio files and written notes- Managing records, projects and calendars to make sure everything functions smoothly- Transcribing and proofreading documents- Indexing and updating document binders- Collecting and delivering documents- Managing diaries and making travel arrangements for one or more stakeholders- Supporting research and communicating with internal and external stakeholdersJob Requirement:- Diploma (D3) degree majoring in secretary, administration, or any related field- Min. 1 year of experience as secretary to the Board of Directors for Junior Positions (having experience in legal industry will be a plus)- Tech-savvy and have strong proficient in Ms.Office (Word, Excel, etc)- Well-organized and detail-oriented- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Excellent English speaking and writing ability.Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu
