Junior Merchandiser

**Responsibilities**:- Conduct in-depth research on trends and customer preferences.- Monitor and analyze competitor products, identifying opportunities and potential challenges.- Assist in the strategic planning of eyewear inventory, considering market demand and seasonal trends.- Implement efficient inventory management practices, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely replenishment.- Utilize data visualization tools to analyze sales performance and inventory metrics.- Prepare regular, detailed reports highlighting key trends, sales patterns, and recommendations for improvement.**Requirements**:- Bachelor Degree from Mathematics or Statistic- Minimum 1 years relevant experience as Merchandiser (preferably from retail industry)- Comfortable working with numbers, organized, strong analytical skills, good detail orientation.- Advance in Excel- Knowing to use Data Visualization tools is preferable- Strong coordination & interpersonal skill- Able to work in fast-paced environmentGWym8gdl3s
