If you are looking for a place with challenging goals and mind-blowing opportunities - welcome!**Placement: Jakarta****Working Arrangement: Hybrid****Job Descriptions**:- Creating and running advertising campaigns in Google, Social (Meta, TikTok, etc.), Programmatic- Brainstorming traffic optimization ideas for clients, test different approaches in order to deliver performance KPIs and develop various creatives with a team of designers- Preparing reports for advertising activities, explain results to internal team & clients- Setting up, launching, and managing advertising campaigns (managed + self-service platforms)- Reporting preparation for clients (daily, weekly, monthly, final)- Day-by-day control of assigned projects and campaigns**Department development**:- Assisting in securing new MB projects for the agency- Improving operations and communication with other departments (AM, BD)- Testing new media sources and providing your feedback- Optimizing personal processes to increase efficiency**Requirements**:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English and Bahasa (oral and written)- Exact science degree is a plus - Math, Economics, Statistics, et cetera- Strong interpersonal and storytelling skills- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies- Focused and goal-oriented- Able to launch GDN | Meta | Programmatic platforms and can explain what and why you do it- Teamwork ability, win-win outcome approach in communication and taking responsibility for results- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals- Ability to demonstrate creativity, innovation, resilience, and a customer-focused approach- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet varied demands and deadlines- Certification in relevant disciplines is a plusPay: Rp7,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per month**Experience**:- media buying: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)Expected Start Date: 06/03/2024
