Job Detail

- Creating a concept for Brand Development and Campaign Strategy
- Conduct competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation, and consumer insight development (industry analysis)
- Organizing brand promotional event and activation
- Organizing brand advertising channel (with advertising agency)
- Together with Sales dept, analyzing the cost ratio and create the strategy to maintain it (4P & STPC)
- Analyze P & L / forecast related brand which handled
- Prepare monthly marketing plan & achievement

- Female, 27 - 32 years old
- Having minimum 3 years experience in Brand division at FMCG company as an Assistant Manager level
- Having experience in handling "Personal Care" or "Baby Product" would be advantages
- Familiar with creating concept, marketing plan, product analysis, and cost ratio (P & L) analysis (End to end Brand)
- Good negotiation and excellent communication skill
- Good command in English, Business level
